Next up - 4G and 5G Technologies...!!!

                                            4G technology...!

The 4G technology also popularly known as the 4rt Generation Technology is basically the extension of the 3G technology, by which I am sure all of you are well familiar. Though their is no proper definition to the 4G tech some people say that it is the future technologies that are in their maturity periods...

What makes 4G different is basically the high quality audio/video streaming  all over end to end Internet Protocol. If the Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia sub-system movement achieves what it is going to do, nothing of this possibly will matter.WiMAX or mobile structural design will become progressively more translucent, and therefore the acceptance of several architectures by a particular network operators will be ever more common.

Google Whipped by Microsoft...! Pretty hard ;P

Okay! Now I know I haven't posted for a while but I have a very good reason for that. I had my end semester exams going on... But now that they are over, I am back to you my friends... Here is something for you, believe me, I did a lot of work on this post...

Looks like Microsoft is really gonna be damn hard on Google this year. When Microsoft welcomed Google’s CEO Larry page as he assumed his new job, I don’t think it could have done any better on mocking…

First this software giant presented Office 365 beta, which proved to be far much better than any of the single aspects of Google’s Google Applications.  And now the news says that Microsoft has announced that it has bought Skype for $8.5 billion. What a smack on Google’s face. Page and Google could never look weaker. Looks like the IT world is spinning fast and Google seems to lack the run. Google is already far behind Microsoft in some of the most important areas as considered in the Information Technology world…

Microsoft now, can embed Skype with Office 365, adding audio and video calling features to Outlook and Web mail products. Now, even though Gmail has this audio/video calling feature attached to it, it really hasn’t gained much momentum, while Skype on the other hand, has maintained a large database of over 170 million satisfied users, and has a devilishly huge advantage over Google… Looks like the new emperor is on its way to claim its throne in the IT kingdom...

How to download a blocked Torrent with the help of TOR...?

Well this is a major problem for all those poor people who are unable to download their favorite movie or video only because their school or collage or university or company has blocked it... well here is how you can answer them....

You all must have heard about Tor. Even if not, then let me tell you...., Tor is basically an organization that has developed an exceedingly smart software that enables a proxy for you system after which noting remains inaccessible. You can run Facebook, You tube, and  anything that you want. But our main problem is downloading... How do we get past  that one... Not to worry friends, the solution is right up ----

Speak to Chrome...!

Hey friends! Sorry I haven't been able to post for a while... Just got a little busy in my college life, but I promise I am gonna make it up to you... :)

With increasing competition in technology, where all companies are rushing to prove themselves in the field of technology why would Google stay back, after all it is the one which invented the word technology....

Google technologies are now coming up with the idea to develop audio capabilities in Google Chrome that could serve just the right purpose...

A very potential text-to-speech system for mobile and desktop browsers has already been developed in the company. Sources also claim that a formal conference was held in San Francisco recently, just to spread the message across.

Google vs Facebook !

Google is constantly doing its best to improve its search engine and one of its latest features just introduced is the +1 button. They say, this might be Google's answer to Facebook. There have been all sorts of rumors related to this button, but since this button is available for experimental use, we decided to share more information about it.

Basically, +1 button allows you and your friends to like a certain webpage that is listed in your search results. This makes searching a bit easier, since you’ll be able to see how many and which friends liked that particular link. According to Google, we can use +1 button with our search results or ads, and in the future, we’ll see +1 button on other sites as well, so we can like the pages that we’re reading instantly with a single click.

iPad 2 camera hack gives it x-ray like effects that lets you see through clothes

With this latest iPad 2 hack, you’ll almost be able to see through completely the clothes of anyone using your iPad 2. This can be achieved by using a pair of cheap night vision goggles and cling flim wrapped onto the iPad 2′s camera, you’ll be able to see the person, who is being taped, nude. This was accomplished by Jason Bradbury and he’s proven it works by taking a photo of himself through his top.

This sounds unbelievable but it does have an underlying scientific explanation. It has been achieved by making use of some old camcorders which have low light functions and have special LEDs that emit infrared light. This will record in ‘night vision’ mode in which it records using infrared light instead of visible light, thus generating an x-ray like effect, allowing you to see through the clothes of the person being recorded.

How to change a MAC address in Microsoft Windows

CATCH ME IF YOU CAN...!

Although physical MAC (Media Access Control) addresses are permanent by design, several mechanisms allow modification, or "spoofing", of the MAC address that is reported by the operating system. This can be useful for privacy reasons, for instance when connecting to a Wi-Fi hotspot, or to ensure interoperability. Some internet service providers bind their service to a specific MAC address; if the user then changes their network card or intends to install a router, the service won't work anymore. Changing the MAC address of the new interface will solve the problem. Similarly, some software licenses are bound to a specific MAC address. Changing the MAC address in this way is not permanent: after a reboot, it will revert to the MAC address physically stored in the card. A MAC address is 48 bits in length.

Increase Your Computers Speed With Speed UP PC Computer Speed

One of the most effective and useful tool to speed up the performance of your computer is to defragment your hard drive. Defragmentation of the hard drive is referred to rearranging the scattered files stored in your hard drive. Actually the data you store in your hard drive increases with the course of time. Then data becomes scattered in the hard drive and needs arrangement so that computer can easily access and run programs from the hard drive. If data is arranged with the help of defragmentation then computer easily access the data and thus requires less time to access and run the programs. Remember that the files stored on the hard drive are in fragmented form. These files are very hard for the computer to open and run. That is why computer supports the defragmentation tool because it helps a lot to let the computer open and run the files.

Hidden Facts about WINDOWS-7

1. Standard approach to mobile broadband
Windows 7 treats cellular modems as a standard connection, much like a Wi-Fi network, popping them up in the same available wireless networks dialog.
Sierra Wireless has already said it will support the new approach, which should make life much easier for road warriors (myself included). One of my few gripes about the prebeta Windows 7 laptop I’m using is that it doesn’t recognize my relatively new USB Sprint modem.
2. Help with public Wi-Fi spots.
This was a little feature I discovered on my own. With many public Wi-Fi hot spots, once you connect to the network, you have to do something in your browser, such as agree to certain terms or enter a password. Windows 7 pops up a notification that tells you that, although you have to be connected to the network, more action may be needed and it gives you a direct link to open your browser.

How to Write-Protect USB Flash Drive

USB Write ProtectMany a time, it becomes necessary for us to write protect our USB flash drive so as to protect it from viruses and other malware programs. Because flash drives are so popular and most widely used to move data between computers, they are the prime target for attackers as a means to get infections spread around the computer world. Also, since USB drive is not a Read-Only Memory (ROM), the data inside it can easily be modified or deleted by malware programs.
But unfortunately, most of the new flash drives do not come with a write-protect feature as the manufacturers wish to cut down the cost of production. Hence, the only way to write-protect your USB flash drives is to enable this feature on your own computer.

Now, Control Devices With The Tap Of An Arm

NEC's new technologies enable users to operate devices through natural motions that only require the tap of an arm.
Monday, March 07, 2011 NEC Corporation has developed technologies that enable users to control consumer electronics with the tap of an arm. These technologies consist of compact acceleration sensors that are worn on each wrist and enable users’ arms to function as virtual control panels. When a user taps an arm, the sensors determine which area of the arm received contact. These areas are separated into seven sections that each correspond to a virtual input switch that can be used to operate an electronic device.

Seven ways to keep your Gmail data safe

Gmail has an estimated 190 million users worldwide. Many even have multiple accounts, the forwarding and ‘send mail as’ features of Gmail actively encouraging this practice.

Which is why it was a rude shock to roughly 40,000 Gmail users when they logged in last week, only to find that all their data—emails, attachments, chats, contacts and documents—had vanished, and their accounts had been reset. The only thing these unlucky users had in their inbox were the automated ‘Welcome to Gmail’ emails.
