- Hold the 'Windows' Key and with it, press the 'Pause/Break' key

Open 'My Computer' and then Select its 'Properties'.
- Select the 'Advanced' tab.
- Go to 'Performance' and click on 'Settings'.
- Now select the 'Advanced' tab on the button that pops up.
